Shipping Costs and Delivery Times

Shipping costs and delivery times vary depending on the destination. Customers will be informed of the exact shipping cost before completing their purchase.

Responsibility

The seller is not responsible for delivery delays caused by shipping providers or by circumstances beyond our reasonable control (such as weather conditions, customs procedures, or strikes).

3. Legal Information

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Slovenia. Any disputes shall be settled by the District Court of Kranj (Okrožno sodišče v Kranju).

Delivery

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is received. Custom or made-to-order items may require additional time; the estimated processing time will be clearly stated in the product description.

Shipping Methods

We ship worldwide using reliable carriers:

  • International Post (Pošta Slovenije)

Each parcel includes a tracking number, which will be provided once your order has been shipped.

Delivery Times (Estimated)

  • Slovenia: 1–3 business days
  • European Union: 3–7 business days
  • Rest of the world: 7–21 business days

Actual delivery times may vary depending on destination, customs procedures, or external factors beyond our control.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and depend on the destination and weight of the package. Customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or other fees that may apply in their country.

Lost or Delayed Packages

We are not responsible for delays or losses caused by postal or courier services, but we will assist you in tracking or resolving delivery issues whenever possible.


Returns and Exchanges

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return it under the following conditions:

Return Conditions

  • Contact us within 14 days of receiving your order.
  • Return the item within 30 days of delivery.
  • The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition and packaging.
  • Custom-made or personalized items cannot be returned, unless they arrive damaged or defective.

Return Shipping

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

Refunds

Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will issue a refund to your original payment method. Please allow up to 7 business days for the refund to appear on your account.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us immediately at uros.zupanc@zuya.si with photos of the item and packaging. We will offer a replacement or full refund, including return shipping costs.
