3.1 General Provisions

These Terms and Conditions govern the use of the website www.recraf.eu and purchases made through it. By accessing or using the Website, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

3.2 Products and Services

• Products may be ready-made or custom-made.
• Custom-made products cannot be returned or refunded, in accordance with Article 16(c) of EU Directive 2011/83/EU and Slovenian Consumer Protection Act.

3.3 Right of Withdrawal (Online Purchases)

• Customers have the right to withdraw from the purchase of ready-made products within 14 days of delivery, without giving any reason.
• To exercise this right, the customer must notify us in writing (email) before the withdrawal period expires.
• Goods must be returned unused, undamaged, and in original condition and packaging.
• Return shipping costs are borne by the customer.
• The seller will refund the purchase price (excluding shipping costs) within 14 days of receiving the returned goods.

Exceptions: The right of withdrawal does not apply to custom-made or personalized products.

3.4 Warranty

Products are covered by the legal warranty in accordance with EU and Slovenian law.
